Nutrabaits Nutraspices

As with the fruit range, our Nutraspices are for the most part glycerol based. There are only five in the range, as we have discovered, through rigorous fieldtesting, that many spice flavours are too chemical in nature – something that goes against the grain here at Nutrabaits, where nutrition and natural attraction are our watchwords.

Their thick, spicy nature makes them ideal for warm water use and you only have to look at the success of our spice flavours in the warmer parts of southern Europe to see that warm water and the Nutraspice range complement each other brilliantly.

As essential oils are already an integral part of the make-up of the range, we do not suggest blending the Nutraspice range with essential oils. However, any of the Cajouser range will complement them superbly, not least the aptly named Spice Cajouser.

Mixed

A blend of spicy oils and nature identical flavours that produce one of the nicest spice additives we have ever come across.

Use either as the sole smell or in combination with Cream Elite or any of our Nutrafruits. This flavour goes particularly well in either Ener-vite or The Four Seasons Mix as both mixes contain a powdered version of a virtually identical product.

Cassia

The carp scene is littered with anglers who rate Cassia as one of the all time great spice attractors – we produce it in two versions: the essential oil and the Nutraspice flavour. This particular version is best used in shorter term high attract baits, and don’t forget the addition of our Natural Emulsifier for cold weather use.

A serious big fish smell!

Cinammon

Another very popular smell that has been around carp fishing for many years. Cinammon Nutraspice is probably the most instant of all our spice flavours and, as such, is ideal for mega high attract bait mixes. Having said that, its track record in long term food baits also stands up against the best of them.

Sweet

Another very popular flavour that will need no introduction to many of you. We have had many requests over the years for a spice ready-made boilie, and this is the first flavour we found when we began to give the possibility some serious consideration.

The end result was a bait that has consistently done terrifically well. Fieldtesting produced a mirror of 66lb-plus and a common of 70lb-plus – and the results since have been equally impressive!

Clove

Clove Nutraspice is actually based on the highly rated Clove Essential Oil, so it will probably not come as a total surprise to hear that this flavour is a seriously impressive product.

Use either in isolation as the main attractor or in combination with Guava, Cranberry or Banana Nutrafruit, 2-3ml of each being our suggested level for long term success. Slightly higher if you are planning a one-off trip to a new venue.
