Making a Bait Purchase could not be easier, browse around the store, add any products that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' complete all the details, and we will process the order.

Payment

We accept all major Credit Card & Debit Card payments. We also accept payments from PayPal account systems.

Cards we accept, (UK Maestro / MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / JCB / Solo / Switch).

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds have been paid to Big Carp Bait and have cleared in full.  If you wish you may send your credit card details by phone.

Order Notes

Orders received before 12.00 by phone or online, will be despatched that day (Subject to stock). If an order is received after 12.00 we do our best to ship the same day however it may be dispatched on the following day.

Our couriers do not delivery on Saturdays therefore orders received after 12.00 on a Thursday will be delivered Monday.

Freezer boilie baits will not be dispatched on a Friday.

For example freezer baits ordered on a Thursday after 12.00 on a 24hour delivery will be dispatched on the Monday for next day delivery.

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Big Carp Bait monitor prices on a daily basis.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error.

Special Order Items

Big Carp Bait endevour to stock the widiest range of carp bait from most major bait suppliers online for next day deivery. Due to the large varity of products offered by our suppliers some items may not be available from stock. When an item is a special order we will add the product to our next stock order with the relevent supplier and will aim to deliver the product within 7 workings days. If it not possible to deliver your order within 7 working days or you wish to cancel the order before delivery you will be offered a full refund.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Postage & Delivery

Your order will be sent our chosen Courier service. Postage cost is calculated by weight and delivery time are as follows:-

 

Our standard next working day delivery is based on the Royal Mail Zone 1. Areas outside Zone 1 are classed as the Scottish Highlands(Zone 2) Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland(Zone 3) and the Channel Isles. These areas will be two day standard delivery and will be charged according to weight.

 

 

Our standard two day delivery to Ireland, Isle of Mann, Jersey, Guernsey and other areas not classed as Mainland UK will be charged at £19.95 up tp 10kg. Weights above 10kg will be subject to an additional £1 per kilo charge up to a maximum weight of 30kg.
