Returns Policy & Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods.

All goods returned to BigCarpBait are at the purchasers own risk. We would recommend postal insurance on all returned items. All goods must be un-opened and returned in the original packaging. Any goods returned in a damaged, opened or unusable condition will be returned to the purchaser at their cost.

Special Conditions

We use professionial couriers who strive to deliver your order on time, next day if possible. If you are not able to sign for the first delivery we will offer a re-delivery service free of charge. After  two delivery attempts bigcarpbait reserves the right to charge an additional £5 fee per additional delivery attempt. Any orders with special delivery requests or non sign for requests are completed at the customers risk and no refund will be offered.

Shipping Notes

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds have been paid to Big Carp Bait and have cleared in full. Out of stock items will be ordered on receipt of purchase and dispatched up-on delivery by our supplier. 

If you wish you may send your credit card details by phone.

Orders received before 12.00 by phone or online, will be despatched that day (Subject to stock). If an order is received after 12.00 it will be dispatched on the following day. Orders recieved on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, if a saturday delivery is required please contact us for a quote, We will always do our very best to assist.

Freezer boilie baits will not be dispatched on a Friday. unless requested see above.

For example freezer baits ordered on a Thursday after 12.00 on a 24hour delivery will be dispatched on the Monday for next day delivery.

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Big Carp Bait monitor prices on a daily basis.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error.

Big Carp Bait reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases or due to incorrect shipping / contact details. We reserve the right to contact customers to confirm shipping address or payment details before shipping any orders.

Your order will be sent our chosen Courier service. Postage cost is calculated by weight and delivery time are as follows:-

Our standard two day delivery to Ireland, Isle of Mann, Jersey, Guernsey and other areas not classed as Mainland UK will be charged at £19.95 up tp 10kg. Weights above 10kg will be subject to an additional £1 per kilo charge up to a maximum weight of 30kg.
