Step 1

click the "create an account" in the top right hand corner of the home page, you will be asked for your email address and a password to use when you login in the future, (the password is secret to you! we do not have access to it but can issue a temporary one should you forget it.)Next fill in your address and telephone number a mobile is best if available so we can update you with a time our courier will deliver.

Step 2

Browse the store and add the items you want to your basket, you can also use the search box at the top of the page to help you locate items quickly, when you have finished shopping click checkout highlighted in blue to the right of the page.

Step 3

choose your shipping/billing addresss and then Click the payment method ie credit/debit card or paypal. If your lucky enoughto have one enter a discount voucher code in the box to obtain your discount and click proceed to payment. You will then be directed to our totaly secure payment processing page (sagepay). Enter your card details in the specified boxes, (Please note we do not see or have access to any of your credit card details these are processed via sage pay which is a totaly secure online payment processing centre).

You will recieve your items next day if ordered before 12pm and in many cases if we recieve your order before 3pm. If an item is out of stock we will inform you and agree a delivery date usually within 48hrs.
