Hi there at bigcarpbaits just a little e mail about your customer service.  I have recently placed 2 orders and the customer service is of the highest quality.  Your p & p price is excellent value for the amount of service you receive.  On one of my orders you didn't have the products I wanted in stock but you still got it to me in a couple of days even though you lost money on the order.  I have recommended you to all my fellow carp anglers on my local fishery and I am led to believe one of them placed an order the same day.  Therefore I will continue to order all of my bait from yourselves as your service is second to none.
